Gurusoft is a data processor and is our supplier for development and maintenance of the website / online store. Information collected in connection with the operation of a website is stored on its own servers operated by the supplier. Only Gurusoft has access to the information collected. A separate data processing agreement between Seleverkstedet and Gurusoft regulates what information the supplier has access to and how it should be processed.

This purchase is governed by the following standard conditions of sale for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet. Consumer purchases over the Internet are mainly regulated by the Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act and the E-commerce Act, and these laws give the consumer mandatory rights. The terms of this agreement shall not be understood as a limitation on the statutory rights, but set out the parties' most important rights and obligations for trade.
